Dexterhas 9+ years of experience in design and spent majority of his curious work life exploring other creative ventures such as photography and podcast media. He worked as a designer by trade at a marketing agency where he gave direction and a fresh look to business owners redesigning their web experiences. In parallel, he spent time as a photographer as well as teaching others photography and interviewing others on the business of creativity.

He spoke to creatives in NBA, Essence Mag, and VSCO. He also spoke with Design Studio Founders (likes of Micheal Janda and Bob Ross) who've done work for Disney, Paramount, etc. The podcast topped as top 8 in 2019 and ended in 2020.

He started Crafted Studios in late 2020 as a design and development collective. He now works independently as a designer and collaborator of Crafted as well as a lead web experience designer at Juniper Networks.

He has designed web experiences, design systems, and interfaces for startups in like Ghost Automony, Zest AI, & Lever. He also has extensive design experience with enterprises like Yahoo, Allegiant Airlines, Delta, HPE Juniper Networking, JetBlue Ventures, CloudFlare, & more.

In his downtime, he enjoys photography, car meets, basketball, cycling, houseplants and exploring the art of good design and taste in all aspects.
